Windermere, 2022
The weekend of June 17th – 19th was the Pool of Life’s annual getaway to Windermere. Our good friends from Preston Dragons just happened to be there too.
Friday evening was time to settle in with a takeaway and a few drinks in the bar.
The weather was kind to us on Saturday, a great day to just chill out
Or try something new.
Saturday evening was spent enjoying a BBQ and having fun playing giant Jenga.
Windermere’s ‘Paddlers For Life‘ kindly invited us to join them on Sunday, starting off with a Dragonboat session around part of the lake allowing us to appreciate the beautiful scenery.
After a picnic lunch we ventured out in an OC6 which we all loved. The perfect ending to a great weekend.
