Pink Paddle

Every month, usually on the first Sunday, Pool of Life has a ‘pink paddle’ – a good introduction for new members to our team. This is a shorter paddle session focusing on basic paddle techniques and includes a coffee break at the Albert Dock.

Please contact us to let us know you are interested in attending.

See you on the water!

Regular Training Session

Training sessions are a great way to improve your paddling technique and build your stamina.

Regular training is important to help you to be a more efficent paddler; these sessions concentrate on body positioning and movement in order to give you more paddle power in the water.

The sessions do not include a coffee break, but if you need to rest you can just bring your paddle into the boat and join back in when you feel ready to continue.
