Christmas 2021
The Pool of Life started celebrations early and joined the Preston Dragons for a festive paddle on December the 5th. Hospitality was second to none (as per usual) and we had a wonderful paddle complete with singalong followed by delicious refreshments.
The festivities continued on December the 19th on our home ground where we practised paddling technique on the way down to the Albert Dock (just to make sure we put on a good performance). We then did several laps of the dock, singing out Christmas songs which gained us cheers and waves from shoppers and sightseers. Then it was back to the water sports centre for coffee and mince pies.
