Windermere weekend, September 2025
Our annual weekend in Windermere was held later than usual this year but Pool of Life would not be beaten by cooler weather.
Saturday, September 27th saw us braving the water at Fell Foot.
On Saturday, 28th September the morning mist gave us a stunning setting for a lovely paddle on Lake Windermere with Padddlers for Life at Low Wood Watersports Centre.
To complete the session we had the chance to paddle on their outrigger – something a bit different from our dragonboat and very enjoyable.
