Training

All training is at the Liverpool Watersports Centre at Queens Dock, Liverpool, at the following times:

Thursday	6.30 pm warm up exercises  6:45 pm on the water
Sunday	9.30 am warm up exercises - 9:45 am on the water

Sunday usually finishes at 12 noon, training can run a bit late sometimes depending on the time we get onto the water.  On some occasions Dave Bangs will organize watersport activities in the afternoon after dragon boat training it is up to you if you want to participate or not. 18th March 2010

Salford Quays race for Sport Relief, Pool of life and Amathus join Soap Stars and Athletes in a 1 mile race.

20th June 2010

Worcester Charity races.

13th - 15th August 2010 Amsterdam

European Championships BCS races.

23rd May 2010  Leeds - to be confirmed

13th June 2010 Chester - to be confirmed

19th June 2010 Oldham - to be confirmed

11th July 2010 Salford Quays Child fight - to be confirmed
